Darryl Monteau (Kiowa-Apache-Comanche) is currently a doctoral student at the University of Kansas. She is working on her dissertation which is a qualitative study discussing Native graduates and success. Darryl's research interests include Native college student success and tribal colleges and universities. She has worked in higher education for the past 15 years and held positions at Haskell Indian Nations University and KU and currently serves as the Native Initiatives Manager for SACNAS. She is honored to be a part of the graduate student panel and participating in the KU Indigenous Peoples’ Day Celebration.
